Oh my God! I am so disappointed tonight with the service and atmosphere in the restaurant. The service was extremely long, the cashier kept complaining about everything in her life. While I was eating with my 7 year old boy the three girls behind the counter were talking about their lives really loudly and saying great things!!!!!! But what angered me the most was the cashier who told a customer that they're out of ice cream right now, but that he's at Walmart and they sell ice cream. My eyes look up and the cashier sees me and shouts at me out loud...she doesn't really say that to the customer!!!!! With a very unpleasant tone. Personally I came often, but I'm sure I'm not going to go to the one next to the Costco. Phew....

The little waitress is alone in front it's almost 7:15 p.m., the young guy who makes the hamburgers, doesn't make the fries or poutines and the two managers, by the back without worrying about the front counter. No one cleans the tables, they are all very dirty, I had trouble even finding a clean place. Yet no customers, no one cleans. disgusting...

Extremely the worst place, 40 minutes waiting for a burger ? a fries ? and croquettes… so that it all ends up in the trash ?️ too much but really but really too salty… no sense as a place.. poor management in the Kitchens… everyone seemed to be in the wrong place on their workstation… disappointment x 1000… avoid if you are in a hurry.

I asked for 2 mc sausage sandwiches without eggs with a large vanilla iced coffee... The cook put eggs in my sandwiches and did not put vanilla in my coffee, he realized the error for the eggs and removed them with his fingers in front of us and then served me the sandwich anyway... Disgusting. I threw the whole thing away...$18 to know I'll never go back there again...Edit: Returned 5 years later and still just as disgusting! Forgot the poutine in my order, 3 double pieces all soaked and old, normal milk instead of the chocolate milk in my order and zero sugar in my coffee even though I asked for 3.... Terrible

The experience was disconcerting. The person wrapping the burgers was sneezing and blowing his nose in front of the customers. In addition, courtesy was not there. I did not receive a greeting or smile from any of the employees. The trash cans were full and dirty.
