This place to avoid, you will not have McDonald's service here, it's Jonathan's services. that you are going to have. The manager Jonathan is very proud, applies his own rules not those of the McDonald's chain, I was passing through Cherbrooke and I had a very bad service experience at this place, no professionalism on the part of the manager Jonathan he needs to be reformed (There were 4 of us, he refused to change a packet of fries which was very cold compared to the others, justifying that it was his policy, but he forgot that I came to eat at McDonald's No at his home).

I always have a good experience at McDonald’s on King Street in Sherbrooke. The service is fast, even during peak hours, and the staff is cheerful and professional.
The food is always hot and meets the chain's standards. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, which is very nice.
The only point to improve would sometimes be the management of the drive-thru, which can be a little slower when it is very busy. But overall, it's a great place for a quick, hassle-free meal.

Usually nothing wrong with this place but this time but there was barely a slice of tomato, random cheese pieces (none of our orders had cheese), my sister was given a wrong order, and the fries were soggy.

We ordered a double Big Mac trio and a spicy chicken cheeseburger Poutine trio. The fries were clearly undercooked, the steaks lacked salt and the double Big Mac clearly lacked sauce (or are other restaurants too generous?!). To top off the massacre my sprite tasted like bad, barely sweet sparkling water. We were leaving a show at 10 p.m., we'll go to Burger King next time
I would like the altruism and good humor of young Alexis Laramée. I can't fault him for his hard and arduous work. His magnificent smile gave me an appetite. His headphones suited him perfectly. Don't give up.

The worst place I've ever been. It's dirty everywhere. The machine doesn't give receipts after I order. I tried to cancel the order, but no one responded to my request. And when they brought the hamburger, I was amazed. They threw everything on paper and wrapped it up, and when I unwrapped the paper, everything fell apart. The attitude towards customers is disgusting. After this place, the word McDonald's evokes a strong disgust.

Huge shout out to William, 18, who managed us like a McChampion. At 1:30 in the morning, a McChef attitude, little jokes, a real McSoleil ray. I would take away stars because they forgot the sauce for my McCroquettes but hey, it's not that important in the end. Long live McHappiness.
