Everytime I come to Sherbrooke, I come here. They have the discontinued chicken bacon wrap from the states. I got my poutine and coffee. Place was clean and staff spoke English and were very nice. Will come back soon :)

This place to avoid, you will not have McDonald's service here, it's Jonathan's services. that you are going to have. The manager Jonathan is very proud, applies his own rules not those of the McDonald's chain, I was passing through Cherbrooke and I had a very bad service experience at this place, no professionalism on the part of the manager Jonathan he needs to be reformed (There were 4 of us, he refused to change a packet of fries which was very cold compared to the others, justifying that it was his policy, but he forgot that I came to eat at McDonald's No at his home).

I always have a good experience at McDonald’s on King Street in Sherbrooke. The service is fast, even during peak hours, and the staff is cheerful and professional.
The food is always hot and meets the chain's standards. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, which is very nice.
The only point to improve would sometimes be the management of the drive-thru, which can be a little slower when it is very busy. But overall, it's a great place for a quick, hassle-free meal.

Usually nothing wrong with this place but this time but there was barely a slice of tomato, random cheese pieces (none of our orders had cheese), my sister was given a wrong order, and the fries were soggy.
