I made a special to go to this Mc Do to go for Michael team leader and his wife exudes good humor

As a former McDonald's employee for over 3 years. I'm off floor management this evening on Tuesday, September 3.

I told the young lady who already seemed to know that there was a mess in the dining room. That there was a juice mess that the dining room was very sticky. Dirty table,

The young girl said yes, we'll go pick it up. She returned to stand next to her shift manager and waited for the burgers.

The staff is in no rush to serve in the kitchen, the deadlines far exceed McDonald's standards.

There are the equivalent of 2 family fries lying around on the floor.

I don't understand why the staff is stuck waiting for burgers for two to bring up orders instead of taking a broom and cleaning up their floor.

I believe that a management turn would come from the director of this store!

The said employee was cut off from her shift around 7:20 p.m. to join her friend who was waiting for her in the dining room. Her friend (who may be another work colleague told her you can't clean up the mess) she said pfff awaille we're leaving.

I will immediately thank this employee who accentuates the negative behavior and “botching” in your company.

Le 21 mai à 18h30 : avons attendu 20 minutes au service à l'auto après avoir payé, pendant que les 6 véhicules derrière ont été servis. Dû entrer à l'intérieur pour recevoir la commande qui finalement n'était pas comme demandé et il manquait les frites et les pailles. Aucun entrain de la part du personnel, service à la clientèle qui laisse grandement à désirer.

This Monday, April 8, 2024...3:45 p.m....4 customers in the dining room, no vehicles at the drive-thru. Hamburger...charred bread, uncooked fries, very slow service...all in all, stupidity! In addition, in terms of general cleanliness of the floor and tables in the dining room...quickly a chore! What about the sink in the gender-neutral bathroom! Crushed! Please, restore luster and attention! 0.5/10!

Extremely slow service even at 8am! Only one employee seems to be working when the others are running around in circles, including one on her phone non-stop.
