Waited 40 minutes to order a cup of coffee. Waited another 10 minutes for them to make it. In the end, the coffee didn't even taste good.

The service was bad and I ordered a double burger which was not a double and the arrangement inside the burger did not resemble a hamburger and was very irregular.

When I got my order I asked for buffalo sauce for the chicken but the guy said I had to ask for it with the order and pay for it. He refused to give me a packet for free. We were three people and spent $40 but apparently nugget sauce is extra. That’s b.s.

A couple days ago I take a coffee cup at this McD for my way back to Montreal. The cup was hot therefore my first seep I take when start driving already 🤣 Right away realized that my evening coffee was a squeeze last drop from a coffee cartridge loaded in a morning. So, please do not forget to change load of coffee when restart brewing

As a former McDonald's employee for over 3 years. I'm off floor management this evening on Tuesday, September 3.

I told the young lady who already seemed to know that there was a mess in the dining room. That there was a juice mess that the dining room was very sticky. Dirty table,

The young girl said yes, we'll go pick it up. She returned to stand next to her shift manager and waited for the burgers.

The staff is in no rush to serve in the kitchen, the deadlines far exceed McDonald's standards.

There are the equivalent of 2 family fries lying around on the floor.

I don't understand why the staff is stuck waiting for burgers for two to bring up orders instead of taking a broom and cleaning up their floor.

I believe that a management turn would come from the director of this store!

Continued --> already 20 minutes of this situation which should have already been there another 15 minutes before we arrived.

The said employee was cut off from her shift around 7:20 p.m. to join her friend who was waiting for her in the dining room. Her friend (who may be another work colleague told her you can't clean up the mess) she said pfff awaille we're leaving.

I will immediately thank this employee who accentuates the negative behavior and “botching” in your company.

Impossible to get served inside and the order terminals don't work very well. No employee comes to the front to serve customers. Order with the app if you go to this restaurant and be patient.
