Worst mcdonalds in the eastern townships, takes a million years to get your order and when you finally do, its wrong and cold.

I’ve ordered 2 trio and 1 other item for online pick up and received half of my order in the bag. When the worker came back to give me the drinks I gave them back telling them it was missing half of the food. When they came back they told me that they mixed up 2 orders (wich i understand, it happens) but when they brought it back, it was still missing some of the items….🤦♀️ When I came to the drive thru, I was the only car there and the parking was barely empty, it wasn’t a rush or anything so I can’t imagine how many errors they do when it’s busy.

Ask for big mac no meat, surprise surprise they still put some in it. On top of that they charged me for 2 different order. Congratulations mcdonald, a new high of incompetence as been reached

Worst McDonalds in Sherbrooke. I ordered 2 coffees on a Sunday at 10:45am with the application and it took 20 minutes to receive them, while a man who ordered I don’t know how long before me received his 1 coffee at the same time as I did. There was someone waiting over 30 minutes to get a small bag of food and when he told an employee about it, it took about 10 extra minutes to get his food. The whole time I was there, there was the same vehicle at the window waiting. When I received the coffees, it wasn’t sweet enough (I got 2 cream, two sugar) and I drank it anyways but at the bottom it was soo sweet so they didn’t even stir it well or at all. It’s quicker to just drive a few extra minutes and go to another McDonald’s because you will receive your food/drink faster. Don’t recommend!!

Guys, i just want to get things I am paying for. Like literally I don’t care if you smile or not, if you say hello or don’t, I just want to get what I order— that’s it! So why ANY time i make an order there is something missing or the wrong product?

Food was alright but the service is extremely slow, no matter the time of day, how many people there are, what day of the week it is, you're waiting at least 15 minutes for your order which is crazy

Although the food is fine, it's a McDonald's like most other McDonald's. The staff is okay. The problem is the atmosphere inside. There's always a ton of children and teens inside that are just loud and obnoxious makes me really glad that there's a drive-thru option so you don't have to listen to them. Sometimes they play music inside and are overall very obnoxious would stay clear of the dine-in experience. This is probably due to the proximity to a public park and a public school

I went there with my sister and brother at 6:30 and left at 7:30 pm for take out. Everyone in the mcdonalds had something wrong with their orders (had no pickles, had onions when asked for none, didn't have the right meat, etc) and when my brother finally got his order after an hour of waiting, it was the wrong burger and we had to wait another 10 minutes. Please save yourself from the trouble and find another McDonald's if you can.

Ordered à McMuffin didn’t have anymore it was 10:15 am. So asked for a bagel instead with bacon and sausage and cheese. No eggs. Received it drenched in syrup with an egg and no sausage. I threw it out was so disgusting.
I don't understand how the menu is right infront of them , and they still can't remember it. It's getting sad.

I waited so long for the apple pie and the rest of my order was just sitting on the counter while waiting. The coffee is freaking cold and the fries are not even full and it’s cold😡

Each time I order I never have mayo in my burgers or oignons , even if asked and repeated at the serving window , very disappointed because my meal haves a thumb size splash of ketchup , bunch of pickled but no onions, every time ... Disappointing
