Wonderful restaurant for Mexican food. Staff was outgoing, spoke English and French, were knowledgable about the menu and choosing dishes and very positive. Dishes were delicious and prepared quickly. All menu items gluten free.

Young, fresh, vibrant and just plain fun. We had a great time at this unpretentious joint in downtown Sherbrooke. Unfortunately the terrasse was closed, but the indoor seating was just as interesting and colorful. With a mexi-punk vibe, the place immediately felt casual and laid-back — the kind of spot where you go to enjoy simple dishes that are full of flavor.

The menu is basic yet engaging, focused on Nachos and Tacos but with a multitude of options that make it flexible and entertaining. You get to build your own, and everything on the table was appetizing and left you wanting more. A perfect place to go and be young for a night!

🩵⭐️Gluten FREE and delicious!! Our first time, so being explained the menu/ordering/specials likely caused the water/utensils/napkins being missed but the very pleasant waitress made up for it. Husband has Celiac which made it a fabulous experience for him. The food was fresh, and tasty. Not a “processed food” feel at all. Yummy. Had a mango drink, gluten free beer, pina colada mocktail, tacos, the Amigo nachos and churros. Will definitely be back. ⭐️❤️🥰

Had the nachos, they were very good. Unfortunately i think it's the only good thing about this place. The beans were disappointing, no sauce on them or anything- just ordinary beans. As a Latina, this is extremely disappointing. The guacamole was bland. Honestly, everything was plain. Even the churros. They didn't add sugar in their recipe- only on top. The only thing that saved them was the chocolate on top. You could even taste the other things they fried in the same frier. The ambiance was mid, the music a bit too loud and annoying. Service was ten out of ten.

This is a place for non Mexicans or Latino, not really Mexican food, the decor is nice.

Friendly staff, nice dining room. Everything was good, except that the barbacoa was a little drier / overcooked than it should be. Also have a full selection of Jarritos which is nice, and good hot sauces.

The food was very good and gluten free friendly. It was a great experience and fast service even with a big group. The tacos were incredible as well as the nachos. Would definitely recommend.

Mexi Co is hands down one of the best spots for Mexican food I've tried. The flavors are bold, fresh, and genuinely authentic. The tacos are perfectly seasoned, the guacamole is fresh and creamy, and the margaritas are spot on. The staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the vibe is both lively and cozy. Whether you're going for a casual lunch or a fun night out, Mexi Co delivers every time. Highly recommend!

Méli-Miel !

The employee preparing my order was on his phone the whole time. Switching from his phone to my food without washing his hands. He was not wearing an apron and had no rags available so he kept wiping his hands on his pants. Putting raw toppings on people’s food while using a telephone with no gloves on is not my definition of clean and healthy practices.

The tacos were cheap 3$ and tasted cheap as well. If you’re so hungry that you might die (which was my case today) then yeah give it a try, if not….move along
