Me and my partner went to Montagu with 2 friends who were there for the first time. Everything was perfect as usual for the 6-7 years we have been going there, however the food was definitely less appetizing since they changed the menu. We tried several different things on the menu: Poutine, Nachos, a kind of pizza on hotdog bread, pogos, brownies, cheesecake, etc.Honestly every meal was disappointing especially with the expectations of the previous menu which was excellent. I highly recommend going there for the games, but eat first ?

The service, the atmosphere is cool! We've been coming to Montagu for years (even when it was at the other location) and the food has always been excellent. Our last visit the menu changed and we were very disappointed, both the starters, the main courses and the desserts. It tastes like frozen and no flavor... We are aware that food is certainly not the priority, but the loss of quality is quite intense. In short, if we go back, we won't just order more food!
This place is a hidden gem in Sherbrooke. When people ask me for date ideas, this is the place I refer them too. My partner and I go every now and then, we love it every time!The staff is absolutely amazing, super enthusiastic, very caring and always willing to help.The atmosphere is perfect if you want the bar experience minus loud noises and crowded spaces. As someone who struggles with sensory issues but wants to experience the world, this place is awesome.The food is about what you’d expect for a pub, but I have no other critique then maybe a little pricey. The drinks are also pricey but they are tasty and they are not cheap on the sizes! They have mocktails too if you do not drink which is so thoughtful and awesome. I don’t mind paying the prices if it means this place stays open so frankly take my comment with a grain of salt!All in all this place is by far my favourite in Sherbrooke, please give it a chance!!

On each of my visits I had the chance to be entertained in so many different ways, the employees know their board games like no other!It helps that the atmosphere is perfect to enjoy!Only downside, the food options are limited and sometimes of changing quality, but since I'm going there to play, that doesn't take away my 5 stars!

The atmosphere is good, the quantity of games interesting and varied.However there is a lack of staff, no one answered us after 20 minutes following our arrival. We went to get the waitress to come to our table. Finally, we had chosen several games and no employee was able to explain one of these games to us.We finally read the rulebook for playing one of these games.
