I ordered 3 items via Uber eats. One of the items was missing. This business refuses to refund even after admitting their mistake. I contacted Uber several times and they also refused to refund me. The merchant therefore keeps the profit for an item that I did not receive. This practice is illegal because the item was never delivered to me. We call it theft. Still, the order wasn't complex, Puffs and two drinks. One of the drinks was missing. Between the moment the order was confirmed and the delivery man came to pick it up, 25 minutes passed. In 25 minutes you had plenty of time to review the invoice and ensure that the order was respected. It is unacceptable to tell me that you cannot do anything when I have not received the item. It's theft.
**Edit: It's January 4th and I still haven't received my refund and the merchant has refused to help me. While they admitted to having forgotten to put the Loux Citron drink in the bag. YOU ARE THIEVES AND INCOMPETENT UNABLE TO PUT 3 ITEMS IN A BAG. This is probably a tactic on your part to make profits without losing merchandise. The mistake is on you and not Uber. Take responsibility. If I do not have a response by January 6, I will contact Consumer Protection.

The donuts are good and fresh and there are plenty of choices of toppings. There is parking and a nice dining room on site.
I must have arrived at the wrong time, that said, there was only one employee doing the service and it took a very long time even though there was only one order in front of me . The person at the checkout was not very cheerful or welcoming, I had the impression of being a nuisance. Fortunately a friendly colleague came to take over with a big smile and impeccable service.
I will return, after all, we all have bad days. I will try the experience again because the donuts are really good!
I liked their ability to answer my questions in order to tailor my order.

This location specifically was not up to the standard that we're used to from Mr. Puffs. The service was slow (goes once to get the milk, then goes back again to the same place to get the sugar, so wait time for 2 simple coffees: 20 min). Furthermore, the beverages that we ordered resembled more sock juice than coffee and when asked if she can redo the pot (nicely), the rant began, rolling of eyes etc. We only needed a little pick me up before getting on the road but, we got out of there with a bigger headache than when we came in...
The drinks are excellent. On the other hand, the puffs are a little too fatty for me, my liver had a hard time getting through that.

Nice for a sweet treat. But too sugary for me (and I have a sweet tooth). Maybe it is just too much chocolate and ice cream, combined with deep-fried dough. The dough is very much like a smaller version of the Dutch 'oliebollen'.
