Had food poisoning the morning after my visit to the restaurant. Never had a problem before but the last time it wasn’t like before. Anyways we were 3 and all had the same symptoms and the hospital called it food poisoning probably raw fish. Last time for me at that place.

This was my first time at this restaurant and it was extremely disappointing, the restaurant only had 2 other tables but the sushi orders still took 15 min every time, the food itself was 50-50 either ok or pretty disgusting. The issue came when I ordered a roll that wasn’t supposed to be spicy and it was, I even asked my partner who has a pretty strong spice tolerance and he agreed that it was. I then asked to see the server ( it took 5 minutes for her to come an I had to call twice) when she finally showed up I explained that the sushi was spicy and it wasn’t indicated on the menu , I demonstrate it to her and she starts to argue with me. She began by telling me that no one has ever said that before me, insinuating that I am crazy for thinking that. She then continues to repeat herself offering no solution or apology, mind you, if you don’t eat all your sushi ( buffet hours ) you have to pay a dollar for each one. In general she was extremely condescending, a simple apology would have sufficed! Afterwards, when I checkout , I decide not to leave a tip, the service was horrible and the food took forever on top of being mediocre. As I am leaving the server stops me and demands to know why I didn’t leave a tip. I explained to her that I didn’t like her service and I had an issue with my food. The worst part came when she was borderline racist and tells me that “ here in Quebec we tip “ insinuating that I didn’t come from here! You would almost think it was illegal not to tip .I answer that I have to obligation to tip. I have worked in the industry and understand the importance of a tip , I have never experienced a server who felt so entitled to expect an demand a tip, on top of that she was a horrible server. Safe to say I will never go back!

We loved Osé. The sushi and makis are original and delicious. The service was quick, the kitchen was on point, the restaurant was full and we had two courses in 1 hour 45 minutes. (Each service is approximately 15 pieces of maki). With good wine and good friends, the wait was more than reasonable.
A big thank you and we can't wait to go back! Yum yum ?

Very disappointed. Please be advised that the comment section is completely useless because the kiosk does not receive comments, special requests, etc.
It’s appalling that there is a comment area and he doesn’t use it.

The beef is very good, but we were pressed for time. The waitress is all alone on the floor, doesn't have time to come see us and we absolutely have to be gone by 7am. We have to finish eating quickly and there is no question of having dessert!! Quite disappointing!!

We have been to this restaurant at least 20 times.
We are sushi lovers, but every time it's the same: there's a lack of service staff and you really shouldn't be in a hurry.

Yesterday, the majority of customers ate with their coats on, because it was very cold in the restaurant. We notified the waitress, but nothing changed.

It was long. At one point a waitress came up to us to see if we had received our first platter of sushi. We said yes, but that we had been waiting for the second one for quite a while. She told us that our waitress had left suddenly and that our sushi had not been ordered. It had to be done again.

Often, items are missing from the menu. Yesterday was beef. One of our favorite sushi was therefore not available. I also heard the back table complaining that two people ate beef because they weren't eating sushi.

It's a shame because the BYOB and unlimited sushi option is great, but no one in charge seems to be in charge. I have often made the comment publicly or privately, and I have never heard back from anyone. However, we drive 1 hour to get there... But now, some people in our group no longer want to go there... We must surely not be the only ones to complain, because eating at the restaurant with your coat on, not eating sushi or meal that you want and waiting an interminable time, that's not what you're looking for...

Good morning

This is not an all-you-can-eat Sushi restaurant but an all-you-can-eat Makis restaurant.

Everything is relatively bland, but in terms of value for money it remains exceptional.
