We were regular customers with the promotion posted on their website for sushi 1 hour before closing. However, we were refused it despite the display of their promotion still in progress and they wanted to charge the full price.

It's truly the best sushi in town. However, delivery times of more than 2 hours to 2.5 hours each time. I ordered this evening at 4 p.m. (before the restaurant opened on UberEats to make sure I was the first order to go...). It is currently 6 p.m. and still no orders. I call the restaurant: answer; the delivery man hasn't even left yet. No possible tracking of the order on UberEats, so no choice but to go on the phone... when the employees answer. I give the kitchen two stars, for the sake of being friendly. There is worse when it comes to sushi in Quebec (sushi bought at the supermarket is a little worse). For $75 for a few sushi, the quality was frankly mediocre. That's an understatement, actually. Me and a friend ordered, which we do regularly. My friend had the salmon poke bowl and there was no cucumber, no edamame. I had the shrimp poke bowl and was sick all evening and night. The pollock was very squishy. Very disappointed with this experience. We wrote to the restaurant and received no response. Very disappointing experience.
