The best asset is the parking but once you enter it gets worse. Not enough staff so waiting is the norm. In 2025 and no recycling for cans and returns... at the price of the menu we would expect better.

Arrogant employee with customers (old lady) did not want to change his poorly cooked chicken.
The guy at the counter was a bit stupid with several customers and he was more concerned about whether we were eating in the restaurant or taking away than taking our orders. So orders were taken haphazardly and often once ready several people were missing things.

Unfortunately the quality of the food is very inconsistent. We're not used to eating at KFC but the first time we were here, without kidding it was the best fried chicken of our lives: juicy and tender meat without being greasy, fried to perfection with very tasty seasoning , the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, slightly salty, and the gravy was perfect. The two times we came back expecting the same service, we were disappointed: super fatty chicken, with a bland taste, as if the frying oil had been overused and a gravy less tasty than the other times. It's a bit of a lottery to eat well there. Otherwise, the service is friendly, the manager has a very good relationship with customers. Clean and cute place, nothing more.
