The employees are incompetent, they have a negative attitude towards customers and moreover I asked for the fillet tender meal boxes they only put fillet tenders, the chicken was dry like old no fries and the drink did not accompany this snack , in addition I ordered a Chicken Burger without salad and when I opened it there was leftover salad although the rule says that if they make a mistake they cannot remove it and must start the order again. I will remember this unpleasant experience next time

It was a dismal experience! I paid $15 for pieces of chicken that were almost black, had a foul odor, and tasted just as bad. The chicken was dry, rubbery and inedible, to the point where I threw it all away. The fries, on the other hand, were dry, without any seasoning or spices, and the brown gravy seemed to have been made hours before, with a taste far inferior to what KFC usually offers. Even the Pepsi tasted like still water, without any fizz.
I've been a loyal customer for years, but this time you've lost me. Not only was the price exorbitant, but the wait was interminable: more than 20 minutes at the drive-thru, even though there was only one car in front of me and my order only included 4 pieces of chicken. I am deeply disappointed.

I sit down and try it, for me and my friend who haven't eaten pfk in a while. I'm hungry. It's too long and complicated! I'm leaving. I returned there, 3 days later, with my neighbor. 15 mins. passed with 2 employees who have my cell in hand, only to be told: this offer is not available here. I ordered 2X7 chicken fillets and a large sauce: $32 because I "tipped" the 2 employees for their effort. 50 mins. which we spent, my neighbor and I, for 14 nets (did not get my promo: 6 free nets)!!!
