The food is good and good portions but the chicken empanadas I bought the last time disappointed me because they only had potatoes and 1 or 2 chicken strips, I felt cheated, that's why I wouldn't buy empanadas there again!

Very very very disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered for more than $135 with Uber and we forgot to put 10 empanadas which are worth $25.
No problem, I called them and they told me that it was a mistake on the part of the cook that he had forgotten that if I could go and get them, I mentioned that I had made an order because in addition I live quite far away and that I had paid Uber so I didn't have to go out. I mentioned to him that I had purchased $150 from their restaurant only if they could reimburse me by Interac transfer and the lady who is the owner of the place said in Spanish that I was a liar that it was $135 even If I told her that $150 with the tip, she insulted me in Spanish, thinking that I didn't speak Spanish. She never wanted to refund us for yelling at me and telling me to call Uber for the mistake she wasn't going to refund etc etc
I had to move there out of lack of respect.
And she didn't want to pay back, didn't come out of the kitchen, passed the message on to her employer and gave me the empanadas after 10 minutes of persistence.
In touka very bad experience and lack of respect
Thief and more
That's why the food is ripe!

Ordered take out. Hefty portion of the Picada, the taste though a little bland I find.

Colombian-style meal, with bubble tea and ice cream, the taste and originality are excellent, it is very reminiscent of the flavors of Colombia, I highly recommend!

Vegetarian options: They offer a lot of specially vegetarian meals and it is possible to modify meals that are not vegetarian to make them vegetarian!

Parking: This is the municipal parking lot for several establishments so there are more than 150 parking spaces!

The food is always very good but the atmosphere is a little cold and the service is long, not the kitchen but someone coming to the counter to take the order.

No respect for the neighborhood having no trash and/or waste container for almost 5 years, their waste has been stored in a trailer behind the restaurant since last November, before it was the animals on the ground; raccoons, skunks, squirrels, crows and even rats feed there, boxes and other trash have been flying in the wind all over the neighborhood for years, I raised the problem with a young man at the restaurant in 2023 and then later a man named Cesar Perez Jimenez who told me he was the owner's spouse showed up in front of my house 2 days later and all he could do to try to resolve the problem was to try to talk to me. intimidated and making me threats of recurring facts 4 other times until yesterday again seeing me outside wandering about my business, he probably didn't like the fact that I used the words "Fat pig "last summer after 5 years of picking up everything left and right in the neighborhood, but faced with such eventualities I cannot find other words to describe this recurring and problematic situation with their waste. Then, given his slightly evolved methods, I now have to file complaints with the City of Shebrooke Health Department and with MAPAQ, then if ever his attempts at intimidation and his threats of assault are repeated yet another complaint to the concerned authorities will also be made towards the said spouse of the owner this naming as Mr. Cesar Perez Jimenez who wants to play this but without ever going to the end of his threatening words this thinking can be intimidating and thinking maybe scare me from the top of its 5.2". Ridiculous to get to this point instead of simply going and buying a trash can or getting a container service and a recycling bin like TLM. The whole neighborhood is really fed up without mentioning the environmental consequences! The owner came to speak to me via Facebook and replied yesterday that I did not have proof that my photos were indeed the back of their restaurant even though my photos show all the cardinal points ( tags) GPS of the place and that it is enough only to pass by the place to visualize and see everything... In addition she threatens to sue me for having caused harm to their restaurant while in the end I only presents true facts and that I was very patient before bringing my complaints to the authorities concerned for the health of the City and that of MAPAQ and that I repeat; followed by another possible complaint to be made to the police authorities if attempts at intimidation and threats of assault are again made to me by Mr. Cesar Perez Jimenez. Even the convenience store next door now locks its waste containers because they were going to carry its restaurant trash in them, but it was the convenience store that paid the bill and now they are encountering another problem linked to their actions; homeless people and poor people break down their containers, no longer able to dig through them... But what is your damn problem with trash in life? Are the costs related to the turnover of your operations too expensive? Problems understanding environmental standards or even hygiene problems? To be continued!
