Really friendly staff and great prices. The staff in Fleurimont isn't half as friendly for whatever reason. They would give me a hard time when I used to doordash for them. But Rock Forest is top notch 👌. Thank you guys

I arrived there to order a bbq chicken bacon poutine, the cashier never understood the order I wanted. He doesn't know his menu and charges extras without me asking.**checked your invoices before paying**After 20 minutes of waiting for 3 invoices that he gave me which were not in my requests, I canceled and left. Never again.

The restaurant has an association with Uber. I ordered on the Uber app. When I went to pick up my order, I noticed that I was missing a free item. It was an Uber special. The employee refused to give me the free item stating that she did not have the information. She also did not give me any compensation for the mistake. I didn't feel listened to. It was an execrable service. The person not only ignored the proof of my order indicating the Uber special but also did not offer me the help that a good employee would offer.

We ordered online for the first time. They offer a 20% discount on an order of $20 or more. When we apply the promo code, no discount applies. We call for explanations, the person is not capableable to understand us, when we ask to speak to the manager, she tells us that no manager is on site. After several minutes of persisting, she explains to us that the manager explained to her that we took the "special" pizza, but it is nowhere indicated that it is a "special" pizza. So initially no manager present and after a few minutes there is a manager???Can't wait to see the status of the order, but service-wise it's a big zero!First and last time for us!
