I'm in the kitchen, I ordered some fried pickles yesterday, it was great!! But I ordered a dessert poutine with it and in my dessert poutine I got some potato fries, cheese, chocolate and m&ms 🙄 who makes a poutine dessert with POTATO FRIES AND CHEESE 🤦♀️ the telephone service was crap we only tried to call 5 times and the salvatorer king never answered.... thanks to the delivery person Patrick l'Espagne for giving us a real poutine dessert 😊

Order placed at 5:23 p.m. and receipt of delivery at 7:07 p.m., the irony, error in the order and faded pizzas which clearly spent too much time in a warmer. 2 attempts to contact customer service... we transfer you, we call you back... nothing works. We decide to go there to replace the order, no discount or refund offered. There is clearly a problem with the management of this branch... too bad.

When I spoke to him it was already 2 and a half hours I told him I would like it if my order didn't arrive in 2 hours and answered me with a very arrogant tone well I wish that to you my dear. Recently we ordered for a party 1 hour in advance and waited 2.5 hours to receive half of the cold and disgusting order. We complained over the phone and he only wanted to give us a gift card that didn't even cover the missing items. An order cost more than $130 and we only received the equivalent of an $80 order. After this problem the girl on the phone promised to send us the missing items but we received nothing! Real crossers!
