It was a nightmare from the time I walked in to have lunch. The server (the owner’s daughter-in-law) was wasted or high at 11:50 am. I was asked to sit down while she sorted out the payments of 5 young guys. It took her more than 20 minutes to do so. She had not even given menus to the two tables that had arrived just before me. After 10 minutes I got up and asked her for a menu to look at while she was still trying to process the payments. I was alone and she gave me 4 of the same menu!! She finally came over to take the orders of the people who arrived before me but they both told her that they had not even seen a menu yet. I shared mine. There was an employee that came out from the back to try to help her but she told her that she did not need help. Well more people arrived after I had given my order which she did not even punched in. What a disaster she was. She did not pass out menus. Forgot who’s order she had already taken, spilled soup on the the floor and then the other employee slipped in it and plates and food went flying. There was a total of 12 people that left the restaurant because of the horrible service. This intoxicated young lady got on the phone to her mother-in-law who came in the restaurant screaming at the second employee who was trying to help. They went in the back room and the ceiling rose. None of what happened was her fault. It was all on the daughter-law. I told her I witnessed everything while sitting there for an hour and she was finding it very hard to believe and said jokingly that she was going to fire her drunken daughter-in-law. So sad. This used to be a good restaurant run by the past owners.

I went out to eat with my father. there were only 4 tables, one server. She never smiled, and she was aimlessly giving the wrong food to the wrong tables. We didn't get menus, we had to borrow from another table. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks an hour for our food, and the server took me asking 3 times for me to get my coffee i asked for. They had to bring out someone from the kitchen who got me my coffee because the woman working went to give it to another table and SPILLED THE COFFEE AND LEFT IT THERE. she just set the coffee cups down on a random table and walked off. The server then brought soup for the table behind us and spilt that too on the floor while she was standing still. And she left it there. The woman from the kitchen brought our food to the wrong table then when walking to ours she slipped on the soup and fell, some of our food fell off and we weren't even offered new meals or a discount. Never coming back.

If I had never been introduced to food in my life, and my friend suggested this place, I would not try food again afterwards.

The servers were doing their very best, but the kitchen is cooking up some extraordinary ripley’s believe-it-or-not submissions. The management refused not to charge us for this Frankenstein creation, see below: The dish is “Green Salad”.

This review may lead you to believe that bringing your friends here would be a good gag - unfortunately, it will not provide the kind of gagging you seek.

I will allow that the club sandwich was permissible.

The tom yam and won ton soups at Pizzaville are superb. The atmosphere is great, no attempt at a chichi decor...just plain and functional. I love it.

Huge disappointment. Totally flavourless, dry overcooked beef, virtually no sauce in the chow mein or pad sew (dry noodles to which we added wonton broth), miniature spring rolls and dumplings that tasted from frozen. We were willing to pay the high prices (small wonton soup at $12.45 ?) this once to try them out.

Their paper receipt showed a $0.29 tip when we actually gave $4. I re-entered our order to see the calculation in the system and the QST is off. $8.50 delivery fee from DoorDash. Looks like a $0.29 tip was added to my order... ? Hope the driver got his tip.

One of my worst brunch experiences ever. Sunday of homecoming weekend. My partner and I went in around 9:30 am and there were many spots open. It took 25min to take our order but the server forgot to ask for our drinks. Parched, famished and a little hungover, we waited 45min (after we started a timer) and still no food. We flagged down a server after much effort and asked to get our food to go instead. We were coldly responded to by one of the disorganized servers running around that the food was ready and to sit back down. We waited another 10min and asked for a to go container. Another 10min and we got our containers, paid and left. All in all, long waits, cold food and no drinks (which we ordered in our meal)

Desperately looking for a sub during the day, I opted for this restaurant for delivery. I received a puddle and uncooked fries, soggy bread. Luckily I had wonton soup, quite hard to miss this kind of dish. I should have ordered from Subways... Even a... bone? was in the meal.

The two stars are for the soup

It was my first and last time

PS: I'm really not picky

Ordered General Chicken Tao. It wasn't exactly what is pictured in the menu. The vegetables consisted of mostly cabbage and carrots and not broccoli with an after taste of ginger. Overall, it is a good serving of steamed rice and chicken. Recommended if you want to try something different. 3.5/5
