At first it was excellent. Since the last three orders, the quality has decreased each time. Today, I think was the last time I ordered there; the chicken is toasted stiff in addition to having a black ball (no idea what it is) + hard in the bowl...
Poulet rouge is just such a canadian classic and has a special place in my heart - super flavorful, quick, and easy. service was great and all the workers were lovely.

Best poutine ever !We visited Sherbrooke for vacation and went to this place to try the POUTINE and OMG it was so delicious that from the first time trying my husband made me buy one daily until our vacation was over ? and got two to go for the way back to ATL.We want to go back just for the poutine ?

Not a bad disappointment with red chicken. The first few times we ordered there it was excellent, but since the last three times it has gotten really bad. (Wrong order, missing items, taste of dishes to be desired). Have you changed staff? Are they trained/qualified?
You really have to try this restaurant! It's super good, it's light but very nutritious at the same time! It's really the best alternative to fast-food restaurants, if you can say that... because it's not really junk food, except for the poutine which is delicious and generous! The service is impeccable! We are always well received! The employees are smiling, competent and motivated! I would give 6 stars if that were possible!
