“We were there during the week, on a Wednesday, and it was deserted. The staff were friendly and although the cook was absent they still prepared food for us.

It's a board game place before a restaurant so with that in mind the food was good.“

“Great bar, great drinks and great barmaid, what's not to like! I had a very yummy cucumber mojito prepared by the wonderful Taïta. They have an impressive selection of local beers as well as a huge selection of gins (lots of local ones), rums, scotches, ryes, whiskeys cognacs and vodkas. Will definitely come back, on our next trip to Sherbrooke.“

“Went to the Pilsen after an hour of biking and had a great time. We got there around 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday in July, and there were no tables available on the terrace. It was a very hot day, so we preferred sitting inside with the AC, especially after all the biking.

It took a while before they took our orders, but the food came quickly after that. I ordered the burger and absolutely loved it. Rich, big, and full of bacon and sauce, it was really delicious and filling. Even I couldn’t finish it, and I don’t remember the last time I didn’t eat my whole plate.

My friend ordered the Caesar salad and didn’t enjoy it as much. The food presentation was nice, but it was hard to eat and had way too much lettuce compared to everything else.

I walked around, and the view from the outside tables is hard to beat. Nice view of the river with bikes, boats, and people just enjoying the summer. Overall, great place, and I enjoyed my time there.“
