We are regulars at this branch. Unfortunately, the weekend team has changed for some time and so has the service. Service not fast, employees who have no manners. We eat cold. I find it sad for the owner who is really nice but I don't think I will return to this branch.

What major incompetence. Uber delivery Sunday evening, November 3, in the evening. Nachos missing the meat and cheese. The customer isn’t going to notice… that’s definitely not the case, right!? Especially not if you have to pay extra for… Plus the nachos were soft. Use your judgment, used without reflection. Bad image throughout the restaurant. Very disappointed. I don't know if the restaurant has changed management, but several bad experiences in a row at this place over the past 2 months. Avoid this location, go to the Saint-Éli restaurant instead. See the photo, it looks very appetizing… it’s pathetic.

The food was good but the service was very slow. There were five people working but it seemed like maybe 3 of them were new. There was a lot of confusion behind the counter for our order which was quite straightforward.

Parking: There are several charging stations right in front of the place.

Hello, the other day I ordered a regular spicy chicken Bourito combo without black beans from this restaurant including a side of chips with guacamole and a drink. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, I opened the bag and I had only received a Bourito with black beans. My chips, guacamole and drink, which were included in the combo, were not in the bag. Paid $30 for a combo with a Bourito which had an ingredient that I had marked not to include and what's more I didn't have the rest of the combo. Sad as a first order, I expected better from them.

Food is good but service is off. The guy making the food doesn’t look awake nor does he look happy to serve you. Disappointing

We've loved coming here for years but in recent months, the bosses have become cheap like I've rarely seen. They started to reduce the sauces, then the vegetables and now we barely have rice and beans! My daughter, almost 3 years old, has always had a mini burrito and it seems that now we are no longer allowed vegetables or sauce in it… hey come on! We'll go elsewhere now, do like us, go to Ste-Elie, it makes a lot more sense!

As an experienced Mexican, I find the food is really not that bad just missing onions, olives and the Valentina. One thing that really irritated me was the completely deaf and incompetent employees.

I recently visited the Quesada in Sherbrooke and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were welcoming and cheerful, which made the visit pleasant from the start. The place itself was clean and well-maintained, contributing to a good overall atmosphere.
However, when it came to the food, things were a bit disappointing. The burrito I ordered was average at best—it wasn't bad, but it certainly didn't stand out. Unfortunately, the churros were the biggest letdown. They were tough and hard, which made them quite difficult to enjoy.
Overall, while the service and environment were great, the food didn't quite meet expectations. I'd rate this Quesada location a 3 out of 5.

Je sais pas si c'était à cause que j'ai commandé sur Doordash pour moi et mon chum mais les portions de légumes étaient super cheap, j'ai payé extra pour queso, honnêtement je pense que ça a été oublié.
Les onions marinés? Inexistants.
C'était pratiquement une grosse boule de riz avec de la viande et un échantillon du reste.
Les trois sauces que j'ai mis sur la commande? La seule chose que j'ai senti c'était le fond de liquide du bouillon de la viande.
Dans tout ça, je me plains mais mon chum l'a eu pire encore, c'est à peine si il y a de la viande dans le sien.

Bref, Quesada était un de nos favoris à Chicoutimi mais je dirais que ça a passé d'un resto rang A à rang D pour celui de Sherbrooke.

Ce sera à éviter, au moins Sherbrooke a pas mal plus de choix côté restaurants.
