Best roasted or fried chicken I have eaten anywhere. This comment follows several visits over the past few years. The small independent restaurant, with casual and modest decor, displaying a few paintings by local artists on the walls, seats maybe 20 people (I didn't count). The service is friendly and informal, the employees friendly. The restaurant offers other dishes including salads, mac and cheese and ribs and General Tao chicken, which are also good, but roast chicken is their specialty and incomparable. They also have homemade desserts. I tried the “sugar cream tart” which was excellent.
Just 10-15 minutes from Sherbrooke, this restaurant is worth the detour.
