The height of gastronomy in Sherbrooke. Situated in the heart of the city, Baumann offers a multiple service supper that sure interested me. I loved the tastes of the different salsas that came with the services. Very knowledgeable staff with great wine pairings.
I had high expectations for Baumann based on the reviews I read beforehand, so I was slightly disappointed to give it a 3-star rating. While the concept of a 7-course meal is meant to be a culinary journey, the experience here didn’t quite deliver the “wow” factor I was hoping for.

Honestly it was perfect from start to finish. I recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through the city of Sherbrooke without hesitation. I'm under the spell!
