Nothing to complain about in terms of the meal, we cannot say the same in terms of the service, the waiter was terrible, throwing us the box to allow us to take his dessert and also throwing us the bill to pay, until he sat himself his tip percentage on the TPE which he did not deserve. It doesn't really make you want to come back. Here's why only 2 stars for the service.

Excellent food and nice balance of flavor for most dishes. The portions are quite qualitative and generous. A few dishes lacked small tweaks to justify the price, but overall it's worth it. Desserts at the table d’hôte would benefit from something out of the ordinary (e.g. donut with maple syrup and ice cream, it’s quite basic). Otherwise the service was good, except that one waitress in particular seemed irritated at being asked to repeat the table d'hôte explanations. Warm atmosphere, but not very intimate and uncomfortable chair. In short, a good restaurant to try without being a must in Sherbrooke.
