We went on a Friday evening and ordered 2 plates. We paid at the cash right after placing our order plus tip plus taxes then sat at one of the booths waiting for our food. No one brought us water while waiting and when the food was ready we had to go pick it up ourselves at the counter. The portions were pretty generous however everything was cold and the food was quite bland in taste. I had the mixed plate and my wife had the chicken plate and we both had the exact same reaction. Again no one came to ask if everything was to our liking or to offer us water to drink. When we both finished our meals we had to clear our own tables and bring our plates to the counter ourselves, again, we left a nice tip expecting basic service which never happened. Other than that, in terms of atmosphere, it was quite lackluster to say the least. Overall, I would give Restaurant Rima a 1.5 out of 5 star rating and not recommend going there. Zero service, cold food and zero atmosphere are some of the main reasons that I would not be returning to this place.

Very very very ordinary.... Lots of rice, old potatoes, mediocre falafels, tasteless meat and above all..... Completely cold after 5 minutes of travel.... I don't recommend it at all.... There are better elsewhere....

My latest lunch experience (Tuesday at noon) has been very bad, which is disappointing as before that was not the case. My falafels were so oily I could not eat them, our chicken was charred (not in the pleasant way), and things just didn’t taste as fresh as I’m used to from Rima. The lack of salad choices also makes me hesitate to go back, as other shawarma places have much more selection. Service was polite and friendly, but the food was not worth the calories or the price.
