The only reason I have given the rating of 1 for service, is that there was only one person working on the whole site at around 6 pm behind the counter, we were there to get two sub's. There were five people in front of us, so it took the poor guy behind the counter, ages on his own. In the end what was meant to be a quick pick up to eat in the car, took One hour! ? Have to say it probably not the guy behind counters fault. No atmosphere there was no one eating in, it's a Subway so don't expect an atmosphere.

I have been to this Subway several times. Today I was really disappointed. There was a blonde employee I had never seen who gave me some crumbs of cheese. I told her there was less than in the little spoon and she just replied that she had lost it. I asked for extra cheese (which cost me $1) only to get less cheese than usual and having paid extra.I ended up paying a $15 trio for 3 crumbs of cheese, that's never happened to me at this Subway. I won't go anymore.

We were 2 to go for dîner, one had a wrap with chicken teriyaki excellent fresh.The other one had #9 Stamped Brisket , I was surprisingly impress with the tast, it was excellent I recommand all the way.

We arrived with coupons in effect since April 24 (it was May 5). The girl at the checkout didn't know how to apply them. No problem, we called the supervisor… the lady told us over and over again 3 or 4 times “YOU NEED TO READ THE COUPONS” while accusing us of making a mistake. We didn't understand, the coupon we wanted to use, we had read it, no restrictions, nothing that would logically prevent us from using it. In short, in bad faith, in my opinion. After paying, using another coupon, I ask the lady what is her name? She told me her name and a few seconds later and in a condescending tone she asked us if we had any questions about the coupon? We told her we don't understand and blah blah blah... ultimately neither she nor the cashier were able to find the coupon in the system or enter it, which is why we couldn't use it. There were no written restrictions in this coupon in the end... I give 2 stars because, in general, we go there and it's ok. Bad flat experience, the people who were at Subway were looking at us…
It's very special to have a service without thinking you have the right to choose. Yes, you decide; but OK...

Energized and hardworking, the employees will serve you with dynamism.*They have good execution speed and balance the time taken to make mobile orders and serve you in person.They work hard for a team of 2-3 even though the traffic is sometimes quite high! ? Hats off!

The subway is fairly well maintained and the service is generally fast. You may experience some slowness during lunchtime but it is very tolerable. Usually the sandwiches are well stocked with vegetables, however I notice a tendency to be more “cheap” with the meat. They do use a small container to take the meat in order to try to standardize the quantities on each order, however they never fill said container to the top... Other than that detail, pretty good Subway!
