Great restaurant, the best pasta I've eaten in my entire life. The price is definitely worth it. It's a BYOB so the alcohol can't disappoint. The starters to share are smaller than I would have expected for the price, but the pasta is so filling that you won't have enough anyway. The room is welcoming and so is the service. The toilets were very clean. However, I was a little disappointed that I was charged $4 per person to cut a cake that I had already purchased elsewhere, even though I understand that they also serve dessert there. So I opted to eat it elsewhere. I find that a group price of $10 for example would have been more realistic than $4 for each person to cut the cake that I bring. Beyond that, we had an incredible evening. I will definitely return.

ZERO general experienceReally in the worst services I have seen, a lot of waiting between services. The waiter never asked the groups (25 people) if everything was to their taste or otherwise! The meals were not hot! I was served my starter even though I was still eating! An employee imitated a customer in front of the restaurant. The invoices were brought without completing the table d'hôte service. They never asked how the invoices worked and we tried to have duplicate invoices paid! We took the trouble to call before booking to be able to enjoy the evening and we were told we had access to the restaurant until 11:30 p.m., around 10 p.m. we were pushed out the door.

Splendid dining room, phenomenal atmosphere. The service was on time and the quality of the food was exceptional. The cuisine is classic, but well executed. My dish to recommend would be the Gigi tagliatelle and the beef Carpaccio.

Very very slow service. We stayed in the restaurant for almost 4 hours. Some oversights (forgetting the entry of certain people). You have to ask for everything: water, an extra glass, etc. No atmosphere, food ok but nothing more.

This evening with the Sherbrookemetlatable event, the restaurant has created a table d’hôte menu that is absolutely exquisite and at a reasonable price. At our table, veal escalopes and duck breast with fresh vegetables are served without any false note. Impeccable service, relaxed atmosphere although noisy it must be said that a group of merry men were celebrating strongly!!

Oufff, $45 dish (scaloppine del mare) served with flavorless and mushy balled potatoes that you find in canteens! and a tasteless and unbalanced rosé sauce, very disappointing. My partner’s (Moda says Parma) was delicious! The problem of this restaurant is the inequality of its products, the sauces, very good, but too often ordinary, very ordinary! The price asked, on the other hand, is always on the rise, unlike the products served. The service! It depends, have a good evening. It has already been an excellent Italian restaurant, probably one of the best in Sherbrooke, but for several years it has been on a roller coaster ride.Damage.

An OUTSTANDING restaurant!!!!! The food is FANTASTIC and Milo and his staff are EXCELLENT! We are from the Toronto area were visiting Sherbrooke and luckily we found Sballo... DO NOT MISS EATING HERE!!!!!
