We came here from Montreal, this is really the worst AYCE shushi experience we ever had, they re having the thinnest fish and biggest rice, and no doubt they re charging you extra for the food, one dollar per extra piece, and they don’t not tell you in advance. The quality of the food doesn’t worth the money and the panic you gonna have when you see the sushi. When we re having the dispute, the Manager was the only person who tried to deescalate, we spoke with the owner of the restaurant, and the owner was pointing his finger at us not trying to do anything and believe the customers are in fault. We have been to many sushi restaurants, this is the most upsetting experience ever.

WORST SUSHI PLACE EVER, they covered everything with huge amount of rice and the fish is not even fresh at all, it feels like they been in frozen for years. They charge 1$ per piece of the sushi we didn’t finish without telling us before we order or any sign on the table/ipad. My friend grabbed a piece of broccoli and ask the waiter if they are gonna charge 1$ for that and the waiter said yes. After we agree with the charges and about to pay , the owner was so rude and just said to us that we are wasting too much food. Excuse me??? The fact you guys making food so terrible is a waste of food and for god sake please stop producing garbage on this planet

We enjoyed our visit. Very fast service. The different dishes we tasted were good and in sufficient quantity. Operation with the iPad is really efficient. A nice variety of sushi, however no fried sushi style option. The establishment is definitely not new, but it is clean!

It was a very pleasant experience. I went there with three friends during the opening, and the service from the waitresses was excellent. The sushi is also very good, and I like that they charge an extra $1 for every piece you leave. A great idea to reduce waste.
I plan to visit again this weekend in Sherbrooke.
I would like to give this store a rating of 5 out of 5. I'm sure negative comments come from people who don't have the patience or who don't understand Japan's culture of seeking perfection. Because here I was able to experience that "perfection".
I went to eat there with my friend and we both felt like they served us the left over “old food”. We ordered multiple plates of sushi and the rice was half cooked, we found shrimp shells inside our sushi ( something felt weird while i as eating it, thats how i noticed) my friend ordered a coke and it was flat, most of the sushis were dry. i’ve eaten there before and never was the food so low quality. this is our last time going to this restaurant.

Nothing to complain about, it was perfect! Fast service, friendly and smiling waitresses, very large dining room. Benches or chairs of your choice. Obviously, several varieties of sushi or cones, 2 choices of soups, chicken, beef and seafood dishes. Hats off!
Vegetarian options: Soups, salads and possibly other dishes available.
Parking: Located at King Drive, the parking lot is quite large and extends in front of several businesses, restaurants and clinics.

Not the best sushi... Only place that offers unlimited sushi in Sherbrooke to my knowledge. Very expensive in my opinion, especially in the evening for the quality of the sushi. The beef was very dry... The service is disorganized and does not look after the well-being of the customers. The best sushi is only available in the evening, but dinner is cheaper.
