The service and the beer were great. The spicy fish abd chips were very bland. Not as spicy as usual.

Siboire Dépôt is the kind of place that makes you wish you lived nearby just so you could drop in all the time. Housed in a beautifully restored old train station, it has an atmosphere that feels both historic and lively. The building itself is worth a visit, with warm lighting, brick walls, and that unmistakable character that only an older structure can offer. It’s one of those rare spots where design, history, and good food all come together effortlessly.
The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and helpful from the moment we walked in. Service was efficient without ever feeling rushed. I appreciated that the noise level was moderate enough to have an actual conversation, which made it perfect for visiting with friends.
I went with the locals’ recommendation and ordered the Fish and Chips, opting for the three-fish sampler. It did not disappoint. The fish was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The batter was crisp and light, and the coleslaw on the side added a fresh, balanced touch. My friend had the venison burger, which looked and tasted fantastic. Everything about the meal felt fresh and made with care.
Siboire’s beer selection deserves a special mention. They have an impressive range of house brews, and the hazy IPA I tried was excellent: fruity, aromatic, and balanced. It’s clear the brewery takes pride in crafting quality beer that pairs well with their food.
The location could not be more convenient, right in the heart of Sherbrooke and within walking distance from my hotel. Whether you are a visitor or a local, it’s an easy place to settle into for a relaxed meal and a great pint.
If I lived in Sherbrooke, this would absolutely be my regular go-to spot for good food, good beer, and good company.

Great experience at Siboire Depot. Had the 2 PC's salmon and the 3pcs sampler, and the cod and salmon were my favourite. Went with a flight of beer 6 5oz beers. Food was yummy and the beer tasty.

Soooo happy we had our last meal here while visiting Canada. Unpretentious but still wonderful. The Triple and Oatmeal Stout were so smooth. Steak was seasoned perfectly. The Fish & Chips sampler of three different types with different seasonings was wonderful. Waitress was attentive and so nice to us English speakers. Seriously wish we were closer to visit again. Keep up the good work!

Three bon service from Anthony!
Yum! Great choice of beers and delicious food: especially the homemade pogos that we had as a starter and the brownies for dessert. We love cycling so we also liked the decor!
