I ordered a club sandwich that arrived with raw, rubbery meat. A replacement was sent, but it also contained pink, undercooked meat. The delivery driver was the one who called back to inform them of the issue with the second order.
When they spoke with the manager on speaker phone, they blamed me, stating the chicken is cooked for three hours and my order was the only complaint.
They also said that any further replacement would be prepared the same way.
This is an interesting approach to customer service: blaming the customer for expecting a cooked meal rather than verifying the quality of the food being sent out.

Fast service, clean dining room. The drive-thru menu is oddly located on the corner of the building and changes too quickly. It is difficult to have an overview of the menu, which is unfortunately a trend in many banners. Good food but it got a little expensive over time.

Meal delivery holiday menu with half a mini pie (out of stock they say!!) cold and soft fries and cold chicken too (I live a few minutes from the restaurant) very disappointed for $29, more never St-Hubert!!

After more than 15 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru, they finally responded to charge us. The meals were still not ready. The cashier didn't even give us the bill. In our boxes (2 piri-piri burgers), one had half a portion of fries compared to the other. The burgers were sparsely garnished. For the price, not at all satisfied with our meals or the service.

Si vous avez envie de cotes levées , ne commandez pas au St-Hubert. Viande tellement coriace que cest difficile de separer la viande.. Une cote levée cest supposé etre tendre et se defaire tout seul.... Bref 3 fois dans LA MEME soirée... ils ont remboursée. Mais reste que nous avons perdu 2h30 de notre soirée sans manger. Cest long quand on a faim.

I ordered a meal for my daughter and a cream of chicken soup for myself. It told me 30 minutes of waiting, ultimately it took 50 minutes. When the delivery man arrived I asked if everything was in the box because I found it light and he told me yes. I rushed to open it in front of him and my cream of chicken was missing. He tells me that he will call and hurry back to bring it to me (that's already paying and leaving a good tip) After 30 minutes, no news, I ended up calling. The delivery man hadn't told them anything and all they offered me was to put a note to get a credit (in short what I already paid) for next time because they won't do a rush delivery for that🤬 Let's just say that I have no desire to go back And by the way, my daughter's leg and fries were cold

Result of our experiment:
1 leg meal and 1 breast meal.
Chest ok, thigh tiny. Semi-cooked and soft fries BBQ sauce too salty. Flavorless coleslaw (We both stopped eating it after one bite.)
We will opt for the red box banner or the ready-to-eat grocery store 200m away next time so as not to be disappointed.
