Always have amazing service at this location and fast service the workers here are always pleasant and smiling it is a joy to come to this location i have been to the other locations in sherbrooke and i have to say hands down this one is the best !

I usually love the place to come and study but a new set of staff were hired not long ago and it's made it impossible to concentrate. One of them constantly shouts behind the counter and in the room instead of talking to others. Despite the looks, he never stops. It's really disturbing. The songs are noisy, it feels like the Microdistillery…. My friends and I are going to other branches to study now unfortunately

It seems that the opening hours are not up to date?I got there at 8:15 p.m. (posted closing at 10 p.m.) and the employees were turning off the lights etc.Normal for a business like this to close at 8 p.m. on a Friday.Anyway, please update timetable.

The dining room is full of wasps. There are plenty of them in the windows, not to mention the dozens and dozens of dead bodies on the ground everywhere. Me and my friend got bitten while doing our homework... Really not pleasant. I know these things happen but at this point… do something to eliminate them.

Always excellent service, but very inconsistent orders. I paid for a venti and the glass was half filled with milk foam... come on, I want coffee, I can make foam at home if I want! The taste is also very changeable, from one time to the next. For the same order, it's sometimes super sweet and other times, not sweet at all... really tired of this place.
