I pre ordered my drink as I usually do and arrived 5 minutes later. I waited to the side as the said in the Starbucks app it would be ready in 11 minutes. I watched them make my drink and put it directly to the side, without calling my name. I wasn't sure at this time because as I mentioned, they didn't call anyone or even put it in the pick up section. I waited until the customers were all gone (there were about 15-20). 30 minutes into my waiting time, I walked up to the barrister and asked if I had the right place and if my drink was ready. He walked over to the side where I had watched them put it down and brought it to me. I mentioned i watched it being made and my name was never called, he laughed and passed it to me. In hindsight I should have asked for a refund but I was 2 hours away from home and all I wanted to do was leave. I was REALLY not satisfied.

A nice place to work among other people. It's main problem is the AC, though! It makes the café freezing cold even in the summer, and apparently no one, including the workers, has any control over it!

I went on my bday, i had the app on my phone for over a week with my birth date entered and it mentioned free coffee on bday. But when i went it wasnt available

Very disappointed with my latest orders, which are perfect elsewhere. There the employees serve me my iced matcha, except that there is only foam... it's not a drink when you just drink foam. In other Starbucks they don't do that.
Apparently if you don't tip dollars they forget your order, every time I tip less than $1 dollars they take too long, my order was the only one, and they placed 4 orders first and they intentionally forgot mine. It was obvious.
I have been in Quebec for a year and I am trying to improve my French language to be able to adapt to the people who live here out of respect. I arrived at the store with the best disposition to place my order in French and the tall blonde girl who served me seemed annoyed so she only answered me in English and with an unfriendly face. They served me after many other customers who arrived after me. I like Starbucks and if you are wondering, yes, in Mexico there is also Starbucks, but the customer service is still the same, look for less arrogant people.

I used to love this place so much.The atmosphere and service was really nice. However, I witnessed some of girls on the staff purposely messing up customer orders last night depending on tips. I found it to be really unkind and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place anymore.
