I really appreciate that they were able and willing to speak English for me. I wasn’t sure if they would or not, as French is the predominant language here, and I don’t speak it but it didn’t seem to be a problem. Ordering was easy, and barista was friendly.

I’ve found that the staff is rude, unprepared, unprofessional and quite honestly needs to be replaced. They are not prepared for breakfast nor lunch, missing a lot of items in the morning when it isn’t even busy. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and I can assure you this is the worst one ! Spare yourself the headache and go to Tim’s.
