Excellent food. But disastrous service. The cashier talks to me like I'm a thick guy who doesn't know what I'm talking about. I order with Uber eat on their own app, it doesn't offer spicy sauces... so I kindly call to ask if they can put a sauce on the side... and she replies "well, let's see you need your pay! Did you take the option on Uber Eats? I answer then unfortunately he didn't have it.. so she says to me well sorry you won't get any because I can't change anything! I say ok well no problem take my credit card to have it please... she answers me well no forget it I can't do anything. I ask, well how much is it? 2.25 I say ok so for 2.25 what do we do? Well, you won't be sorry...? Wow ok perfect no problem. Customer service in my opinion you don't have it on your CV. The way of speaking to customers is disgusting.

A last resort option for sure . Pizza is layered to look good.. but when you take a bite , everything falls apart and burns your face. Why ?? I don't understand putting pepperoni on top of that much sauce like that and more cheese than dough. Quebec style pizzas are trash to begin with and Stratos is the worst I've tried .

To be absolutely banned. Frankly, there are really better restaurants with more affordable prices, in addition to having more flavor. The quality and quantity of the food is not at all good, so I don't recommend it. After trying to make up my own mind about your cuisine, I feel like it's extortion. Even the IGA next door has better Poutines.

large poutine 3 meats pay $49 to finally have a big meat fry without sauce. I don't mind paying but I'm told I'll have to wait 50 minutes for my sauce also good. let it be what a disappointment who wouldn't be with such rotten service

I bought 3 supposed poutines for $55… there’s already a problem. Cangelé fries, and St Hubert sauce. How dare you also charge a tip for a take-out order. RIDICULOUS as a chain. Absolutely not edible, it's insulting.

Stratos 20 years ago was the best poutine, now it's a little disappointing, last year at this restaurant the fries were better, for a few months they have tasted like old oil. I don't know what needs to change but I'm going to change restaurants.
