I had the pleasure of having one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, all thanks to Edouard. From the moment I walked in, Edouard's warm smile and positive attitude set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic meal.Edouard was not only efficient, but also incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit. He listened patiently to my order and offered helpful suggestions that improved my sandwich choice. His knowledge of the menu and ingredients was impressive, and it is clear that he cares about providing excellent service to every customer.What stood out the most was Edouard's attention to detail. He took special care to ensure that my sandwich was prepared exactly to my liking, ensuring that each ingredient was distributed evenly and the presentation was impeccable. Terrible service when it's the manager who works. She's as stupid as her feet, I've never heard her say hello/have a nice day or seen her smile! She charged me twice for a 12-inch sub when I ordered just one, so I had to go back to the restaurant to have my bill corrected! Never had a problem with the other employees, they are generally very nice and smiling.
