Employees are stupid. I've had bad experiences several times. Employees argue in front of customers. 6 customers in the restaurant and it's anarchy. Nobody knows where to turn. I stay 30 seconds walk from the place but take the detour to avoid going there.

very bad service, some worker came and banged on my window very loudly when I was looking for another place to eat because an employee refused to serve me and my friend even though we arrived before closing but she had “closed her registers ”. In addition to her employee lying to her supervisor like we threatened to wait for her in the parking lot so in addition to working poorly she lied and filmed me and my friend it's really disrespectful.

One and only Subway with the drive-thru service and that's very important to me, because I'm a taxi driver and I don't have time to fool around!
All new Subways should have drive-thru service!

I find it hard to believe that an employer would allow its employees to work like this. Sending each other out for a walk in front of customers, telling each other about their weekend in front of us and making customers wait, taking a break in the middle of a rush, etc.... The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired!!
No stock for submarines on the menu... all Subways in the province are crying out for unacceptable problems

Very poor service and the freshness of the food leaves something to be desired, the employee was alone for counter service, drive-thru and online service, waited more than 30 minutes for my order. The employee had put chicken and bacon in the microwave directly in the bottom of the oven without a container or plate that was not very clean. If the owner of Subway is not able to put staff on a Thursday evening he does not deserve people to encourage this Subway.

Exceptional! A young man named Théo served me my cold meat sandwich yesterday, I have never had such attentive and passionate service as this. Thank you again I highly recommend this restaurant.

It's unbearable how disastrous the service at the Subway in Rock Forest can be. The last time I was there I really felt like I was a burden to the staff. The employees behind the counter already seemed exasperated as soon as I set foot in the restaurant. Every time I asked something, I saw their looks. I could hear the barely concealed sighs. It’s like I’m asking them for the moon when all I want is a simple sandwich.
The worst part was when I requested a minimal change in my order. A simple addition of vegetables, and then it was as if I had just committed a crime. The sideways glances, the sighs of frustration, it became almost grotesque. At this point I thought maybe they would just tell me to get served somewhere else. And then, as if that wasn't enough, the employees started yelling at each other over who was going to take care of the register. Seriously? I came for a quick meal, not to watch a spectacle of infighting.
How is it possible that a place that is supposed to serve customers is run by a group of people who seem to hate their jobs and, by extension, their customers? This is unacceptable and it leaves me with a bitter taste. We have the right to expect a minimum of respect and professionalism, especially when we pay for a service. Unfortunately, Subway Rock Forest has proven that they have no respect for their customer base. An experience which, for me, is synonymous with pure and simple disgust.

Il a suffit d’une seule et unique visite pour s’apercevoir du grand manque d’hygiène…. C’est malpropre et mal géré. Extrêmement long pour rien… La personne qui a fait mon sandwich a touché à tous ce qui est possible avant de toucher à mes légumes .. Degueulasse… les boissons gazeuses goûtent l’eau…. Je pense le pire Subway j’ai jamais été … 0 étoile

I look at the reviews, I will NEVER go back. There was something wrong in my submarine yesterday. It was a disgusting dining experience because of that. $15 for nothing fresh. And I've shit 3 times since last night, including once in an emergency less than 45 minutes after having swallowed this disgusting thing from SUBGAY. We eat better at McDonald's, for half the price for only a quarter of a pound. DISAPPOINTING SOFT MAYO SAUCE STRIP. SHAME ON YOU SUB-OUACH. LIFT MY HEART, YOU’RE SCARING ME

The poor boy who works alone on a Saturday at 11:00 a.m. It is effective but overflowing. Waited 30 before the start of the preparation of our submarines. Only 1 employee for the counter, drive-thru service and ordering on the application. Not even noon and no brown bread, no olive. The management of this franchise is deficient. To the owner, an extra employee on Saturday lunchtime could help you get your customers back. But hats off to the hard-working young man.
