Very good service, following 3 visits this week. Always satisfied, fast service, efficient team, very clean place & affordable restaurant for everyone!
The lettuces are not fresh. There were three bins of brownish lettuce. This isn't the first time this has happened to me.They are all new employees and they will gain experience. So you have to be patient.

No matter what the service and staff are. Arrived at 8:42 p.m. and refused to serve as they closed at 9 p.m. End like that for me never again and I don't recommend this

I went to get two sandwiches and one had eggs and the employee forgot to put them in at the same time as the meat so the eggs were put cold inside. I asked to have a discount scanned on the app and the employees didn't know how to do it. Plus they wanted to make me pay before my sandwiches were made. I was disappointed by the lack of service. :(

They messed up both items I ordered. First off, a sub. When cutting the bread for the sub they completely ruined it and ripped through part of the bottom. After telling the employee twice that I wanted a chicken teriyaki sub, they for some reason put steak on it. After telling them a 3rd time that I asked for chicken teriyaki, they removed the steak and just threw it back into the bin they pulled it out of (sucks if anyone who has dietary restrictions who gets the steak that touched my food). Once my sandwich was assembled the employee put so much sauce it leaked through both the internal paper and the subway wrapping. It was also cut in half poorly and I needed to cut it the rest of the way through when I got home. Second item, a rice bowl. Not as many issues as the sub but the employee for some reason just assumed that I wanted the same cheese in my rice bowl as my sub, which was not correct. Once again after correcting the mistake they placed it back into the "fresh" ingredients after touching my food. The whole experience was really poor, there wasn't any rush as we were the only ones inside the establishment at the time. Wouldn't recommend anyone go to this Subway location due to lack of employee understanding (probably poor training if they can even cut bread at a sandwich shop) and no food safe practices. Also $15.79 +tax is absurd for a standard sub without any drink or sides.
