Unfortunately, my last visit on May 03, 2023 was more than disappointing.Long story short, I ordered my usual teriyaki meat sub with all the vegetables except the olives and pickles.However, I received my sandwich filled with olives and pickles, which completely ruined the taste. Also, the bread was dry and looked like it had been baked for hours.Usually, I like to watch the preparation of my sandwich by the employees, but this time I was surprised by the attitude of one employee in particular. She rushed to the cash register and insisted that I pay immediately, before I could even check if my sub had been prepared according to my requests.I'm shocked that the customer service in this Subway is so bad. Employees are poorly trained and don't seem at all concerned with customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this Subway to anyone and I don't think I will ever go there again. (It's not the Subways that are missing in Sherbrooke anyway)I hope this review will be taken on board and inspire the staff to significantly improve their customer service.
