Slow service and hygienic techniques leaving much to be desired. Employees had no hair net, used the same knife for different sandwiches (cross contamination) and the hot tray from the oven was dropped on top of the cold food. It was the last time I was going to this place.
Usually the service and the quality of the food are ok... however, I had never had such slow and stupid service, so few ingredients in my submarine and record waiting time. 15 minutes for 2 customers with 3 employees, it's not quality... too bad

Really not good, I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich, looks like they put leftover chicken and put it in a blender and made croquettes with it. They weren't even chewable, you couldn't even see any chicken inside. Very disappointed. I wanted a sandwich like the ad it really wasn't that. Please change your chicken, it's urgent. Me and my husband we didn't like it and we won't. It was at the Carrefour de L'Estrie.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The 2 small nuggets of chicken were tasteless, the bread too warm cracked everywhere while eating it. A novelty not to take. Really didn't like my dinner
