new to the area. went here for the 1st time on the saturday of thanksgiving weekend at ~3pm. i simply showed up and was able to order takeout on the spot. later on, i found out via their website that they prefer phone orders but they didnt mention it (so thank you, and i will order by phone next time ?). the place was empty and the service very fast. the sushi is excellent. i picked the 14 pc combo. i will definitely come back again ?

I just ordered a 80-piece plateau by phone for this weekend. I was appalled by the person answering. She was so rude! I gave her my order and she barely says two words to me and then takes my number. Just like that she hangs up without asking my name (who the order is for) and without confirming if they understood my order. So, I call back and say 'yes, I just called and you hung up on me. Did you not need my name? Is the order placed for this weekend?' She made a sound and hung up on me again!I must say, the food is excellent and always fresh, but the human side of the service is severely lacking!
