I order from this sushishop quite often and have always had good service. My food is always ready quickly. It's always really good. I am always welcomed and served by smiling and good-humoured people. :)

FOR FAST FOOD, EXCELLENT RESTAURANT Sushi shop is an excellent sushi restaurant with friendly staff members who offer very good, original and tasteful products! The rice is not the most 《sticky》, certainly, but it is still very good (is not dry or mushy like in some other restaurants). Besides, their soy is not drowned in salt and that is appreciated! They also have other specialties such as pokébols which are, in my opinion, the best among all the other restaurants in the Estrie area particularly because of their varieties, the satisfactory quantity of integrated foods, originality and their crispy rice options.
I generously give it 4 stars, because certain points need to be raised: 1) it’s a “fast-food” type restaurant, but I must say that for a fast-food restaurant, I am surprised by the quality of the products and their originality 2) take out option really appreciated and very good 3) online ordering option appreciated and well done 4) very welcoming staff, attentive to customers (I have a scallop allergy) and warm (rarely seen that honestly) 5) respect for hygiene rules (from what I have seen) unlike other sushi restaurants that I was a little shocked by... especially in times of pandemic. 6) opening hours much wider than other sushi restaurants (closes at 8 p.m.) 3 p.m.) - on the other hand it is perhaps because of covid that the other sushi restaurants close earlier - 7) perhaps the atmosphere is not there... it is a restaurant with a very standard aesthetic, and, in the area of Sherbrooke, there are not enough tables to accommodate.
I would say in comparison that, if you are looking for more 《chic》 restaurants in the Sherbooke area and of very good quality, go to: - sushi king (quality +++, for takeout, a bit simple atmosphere) - sushi taxi (original presentation and quality ++) - Daring sushi (ideal atmosphere for one-on-ones, good quality, although the rice is sometimes a little dry.)
So in short: If you are in a slightly cheaper restaurant, you want your sushi quickly, and you want larger timetables to pick them up, then go to the sushi shop, you will not be disappointed.
I know that its competitor is Yuzu and that it's from Quebec, but personally, I don't necessarily find it better and it's more expensive for not much at certain levels, and sushi shop offers more variety; Still, it’s a matter of taste!
Finally, on a certain level, I find that sushi shop competes with osez sushi and shogun sushi. The sushi is simply, in my opinion, of better quality, with fresher food and less dry rice than at Osé sushi. And shogun, I recommend it if you want unlimited sushi, but it's really not, in my opinion, of very good quality (considering that I have already witnessed hygienic breakdowns.)

We had a few questions that the people present were able to answer well. Your sushi is delicious and so is the miso soup!! Thank you ! We felt invited to come back so we will come back!!
