It's the evening of the 24th, my partner and I ordered sushi with a pick-up from 2:45 p.m. Google says right now that the sushi shop is still open. We arrived at 4:15 p.m. and found ourselves in front of a closed door with a paper sign saying they closed at 4 p.m. After a few minutes of making us wait they came to open the door to tell us that they threw away our $50 order. So I can understand a lot of things, we probably should have arrived at 2:45 p.m. sharp. But my boyfriend told me that it was generally "from" and that it closed at 8 p.m. But we made a mistake. But no call and no humanity when we arrived. We were made to wait outside the door while we made signs. The door was opened to us reluctantly. We were told our order had been thrown away. Barely a sorry before closing the door accompanied by a glare. My heart sank. So yes, I understand that you want to celebrate and that it's not fun to work on the 24th. I worked until the 23rd, I sympathize. So sorry for causing you any inconvenience. But no warning, no call. Who orders sushi on Christmas Eve? Apart from single people? So not only were we alone at Christmas but we no longer had meals. Super C pizza tonight. I cried hard.
The best sushi restaurant in town!! Every time I order I am never disappointed. And what can I say about the service... There had already been an error in my order with Doordash and someone from the restaurant came to bring the correct order directly to my home 😊 Great service and thank you for your good sushi, a treat ❤️🍣

0.60 for soy sauce which is normally included. No utensils, you have to ask. Zero service.

I ordered a 50-piece chef's choice platter online, it cost around $80 (tax included). Very disappointed with the variety of pieces received versus the price paid... the small pieces are identical to the larger ones but with cucumber and salad... in short I would have appreciated tasting a variety of sushi from the chef. Moreover, who says sushi says fish, unfortunately only a roll of 6 out of 50 pieces had fish (salmon)… Finally the photo of the platter on the site is far from being up to the order received (judge for yourself ).

They want to sell me a bag for 60 cents for an online order even though the bag is still provided, I don't have my card so I don't take one. Results: half of my order ended up on the floor and I lost $40 worth of sushi. The staff watching me pick up my sushi from the floor in the entrance...

A little disappointed with my experience. The sushi was not well done. They seemed to be busy with the boxes, because they had our order in several small ones instead of one large one. In addition, there were missing ingredients in the sushi and I was charged a sushi that hasn't even existed on the menu for 2 years (spider) and costs more ($14.95) instead of a viper maki! I find that there is a lack of training, or a lack of interest on the part of the employees. However, the sushi was still good.

Great service! I called while leaving work this evening (a Friday, the busiest evening). My order was made in 20 minutes, meticulously. I am never disappointed when I order from this location, the employees work hard. Keep it up!

Never again !!!!! Not a smile, not a hello and a cheeky look!!!!!! And to think that we are asked to leave a tip!!!!!! It is a scandal !!!! In addition to spelling mistakes in their in-store communications!!!!!!
