Thai Express Restaurant Sherbrooke

Date of visit was July 8, 2025. Employee was very unprofessional and needs training. First when I walked into the store at the counter, he was flirting with another male employee. I asked for a can of coconut water like the one displayed at the front counter. He gave me a different one from the refridgerator. I said no thanks, it is not the same and was about to request something else. He insisted that it was the same so politely said no, different brand and the one he gave me has added sugar with higher sugar content. He proceeded sarcastically to school me that sugar was sugar and that I am not obligated to buy. This was so uncalled for. When he gave me the total for the rest of my order, I just cancelled and went to the neighboring A&W for lunch. This rude and sarcastic behaviour was very disappointing.

Only giving one star cause 0 is not an option. The restaurant was so incredibly hot! It was 22 today and I couldn’t stand in the restaurant it was so incredibly hot!! Customer was mediocre,and the food took forever to cook! We must’ve been there for at least 30 minutes and we only ordered 3 items. Even subway is faster than that! Food was mediocre at best and my bf couldn’t finish his plate due to a huge black hair in his food. The bathroom was absolutely filthy and disgusting! The trash can was over flowing with feminine products, and the toilet and floor look like a crime scene. Blood and urine everywhere, and the smell…. It was thé worst experience I’ve ever had in a Thai express, this is a joke compared to the one at the carrefour, definitely will not be coming back here and I hope action is taken soon or this place will close down or Someone will get sick!! After seen the state of the bathroom I can’t even imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Fast and delicious. Always done right.

Such delicacy, I get my lunch there everyday. Nice manager and workers. I recommend 10/10.

Please note, the restaurant does not respect opening hours. I was there 25 minutes before closing but there was no one there. Simply disrespectful.

The waitress was incomprehensible, not to mention the quality of our ingredients!
