The moment you step inside, the towering bar wall—stacked with an almost overwhelming selection of spirits and beers—is a sight to behold. Visited on September 25, 2019, in the afternoon at the opening. Located on the highest point in downtown Sherbrooke, the entry however is located next to the parking lot via Alexandre St or Gillespie St. Last time I was in Sherbrooke was in 2010, that place was way off my radar, I'm not even sure if this was a good beer bar, well it is. A mix of pub and high class bar, not big by the looks of it but there are several section including a pool room, a second floor with a terrasse....
I have come to the King Hall many times and have always been pleased. They make the best vodka martinis ever.
However, I do have to leave a comment on the menu options, we're in 2024 almost 2025, it shouldn't be so complicated to have just ONE vegan option on the menu by now.
I also have to leave a comment about the cocktails the last time I went (last Wednesday evening), I decided to have a negroni and so did one of the guests I was with, very disappointed,...
