Tim Hortons in Sherbrooke

“Congratulations to the guy with the big arms who served me at 5:35 p.m. on March 2, 2024. Very fast service, with a lot of courtesy. This is the 3rd time he has served me at this restaurant and it is now rare to have such competent people!!“

“This location in particular is top notch, the staff is very efficient and friendly with the students, there is even a view on the ice surface odlf the arena AND basketball court. Everything looks modern and fresh & the food from Tim was delicious as always. Eat here instead of Dewhurst Hall if you are on campus, you won't regret it.“

“So, I've been eating Tim Hortons breakfast on and off here and there... In the past, I would have it daily. Lately, I try not to have breakfast at all most of the time, but some mornings I drop by. The overall service and speed are great. However, I have a complaint about the quality of the bacon. I normally order a Timatin wrap (sausage + bacon). I've almost always ordered the same thing, and lately, in the last few weeks, the texture of the bacon seems different.

I often wonder if I'm eating plastic—I often have to check to make sure I'm not eating some kind of plastic packaging. I don't recall ever feeling this before in the past, but the last 3-4 wraps seem consistent. Did you change your bacon supplier or preparation method? Am I the only one that feels this way about it?

Everything else is really good, but I'm considering not taking the bacon in my wraps anymore. I don’t know if this is a thing only at this location. I haven’t gone to a different Tim Hortons in a while.“

“Ironically, Tim Horton's has better donuts than a certain corporation named after donuts (Dunkin Donuts). Also in the winter the chocolate hazelnut muffins are to die for. Communication is sometimes an issue (very Francophone area), but pointing and loudly trying to explain what we want in English usually results in what we ask for. My dad buys big jars of coffee to bring back to the States.“

“Wonderful service from Amanda working Sun Jan 19th 5.20pm. When another Time hortons gave me a coffee full of coffee grains and they messed my order. Amanda was so understanding, changed order and really cooled me from 9 to 1 just how she handled the situation. 1000% perfect customer service.“

“I go to the drive-thru and I would say that there are branches that provide better service than others. Overall I go to the one on king east often and the staff is friendly and courteous. Their coffee is generally at the right temperature since it is made every 20 minutes.“

“Classic Tim Hortons on my way from home to work and back. Stuff is friendly, doughnuts delicious as elsewhere and when I saw the building with the colourful gradient sky during one of the autumn evenings, I had to take a photo to capture the atmosphere.“

“I tried the flatbread pizza and it's been three times that I've eaten this pizza, I find it delicious and really inexpensive, I've tried all four types and each one is as good as the other, so I try them recommended

“Usually go before work around 8am at drive through and there is not much of a wait its quite fast. My fave though is when I pass in the early afternoon on Wednesdays the personnel at the drive through is always so nice!! I order many bagels with cream cheese and usually they are burnt or the staff did not care and wouldnt actually spread any of the cream cheese… but here they actually do it well! Love the iced-cappucino. I am always disappointed however with their hot chocolate it tastes super watered down. The chocolatine is a dream! Have not had a bad experience since I started going there this summer. The place is usually quite clean so big plus!

“There are two women who work there every time I go there. There are only two of them, and every time I go there, with the number of people inside and at the drive-thru, it's sad that the owner only has two women to manage everything. They are always in a good mood and apply themselves to their tasks! They could botch their work because they are too busy, they could be in bad moods, but not always friendly! When I pass, you have at least 5 people, because there are two women who do the work of 5! There are Tim Hortons who have more employees, and we receive worse service than those who are in the juice. I hope people understand, that yes it is long but they do the job of 5 people and apply themselves. I hope that changes!“

“Went in for a coffee after having car troubles in the rain and was greeted my the girl working named Josi Anne it has been a long time since I've seen such a nice, cheerful and helpful employee she never stopped moving helping other team members as well as serving me and other customers in line she was extremely professional and courteous will definitely be making this my go to Tim Hortons“

“For my part, since the new administration, I find the drive-thru service very fast. The comments I read say the opposite, I'm surprised. The times I go there there is little wait and my order is ready quickly. The employee at the window is usually very cordial. For me it’s a 4/5!“
