Wow this Tim Hortons has gone down hill the The employees are rude and do not even understand their own menu, they are disrespectful ignorant and condescending. They made the Tim Hortons chain look like trash.
I tried the flatbread pizza and it's been three times that I've eaten this pizza, I find it delicious and really inexpensive, I've tried all four types and each one is as good as the other, so I try them recommended

The service is really long. I understand that there is a shortage of staff. But 20 minutes of waiting is still exaggerated.
The food was cold and people were a little desperate and impatient. Not pleasant! Brief ! I hope they will move to change that.

During covid it was awful but it's a little better now. Average service, poor food.

The drive-thru is in ruins. It's been several years now and nothing has been done to improve the situation. The menu is 45 degrees, the potholes are more like ostrich's nests and often the intercom doesn't work. The employees do the job but nothing more. When I say thank you have a good day and they don't even answer me, I find it very ordinary. These days Tim Hortons are generally pitiful but this one doesn't score well! I still go there regularly because it's close to my work, but if there was another one, I wouldn't go to that one.
Vegetarian options: Mostly snack foods, lunches and a very ordinary sandwich. There is also the new pizza which is offered just with cheese.
Parking: The asphalt is in very poor condition but there is ample parking for the number of customers.
