This has become a problem that seems widespread in Tim Hortons, (being a trucker, I walk around a lot) but the coffee is always lukewarm... It's very disappointing because I often realize it once I return on the road.

I haven't been there for a year because each time my order was wrong, something was missing or worse, the food wasn't fresh. I went back this week for the first time and once again, it's a disaster! Ultra dry bread, burnt in addition... salad with blackened edges. I asked for extra mayo....there was NO mayo. My sandwich cost $9.. I ate the bacon and turkey inside and that's it! Adios Tim Horton's, you should have stuck to donuts and coffee! Because the rest you don't seem to be able to do like anyone else!

We rarely have a long wait, both in drive-thru and in restaurants. We usually get what we ordered. It's not the best branch, but it's not the worst.

This is the 4th time I've been to this Tim Horton and I don't have good service! this time it's too much! After waiting at least 25 minutes, when I finally got my order, I didn't get what I ordered at all; instead of having my morning breakfast on bread with a medium black coffee, a fruity explosion muffin instead of a honey dogfish. Finally I had my morning meal on an English muffin, a muffin AND a honey dogfish WITHOUT coffee. After politely saying that my coffee that I had ordered was missing, the employee told me that it had not been registered and he made me pay for it instead of giving it to me! Price accuracy policy and employee fault doesn't mean anything to you? This Tim Horton needs better service management!
