This is the second time I've gone to get a coffee to order at the drive-thru. This is the second time I've been stuck in the drive-thru line up. Several ten minutes of waiting, with only 2 vehicles in front of me.

Pour commencer le service est anormalement lent, je comprend qu’ils ont beaucoup de commande mais ils sont tous au ralentis, deuxième chose les tables étaient tous sans exception sales et les poubelles pleine a craquer et des déchets par terre. Le service plus tôt médiocre pas de bonjour ni de sourire. Pour l’instant le pire Tim Horton que j’ai essayer.

The wrap that I took was so dry. I ordered a wrap, fries and a drink. They didn’t even ask “Would you like something else?” Because of that I forgot to ask for sauce and when I asked for sauce she was mad. But I didn’t even know that I had to pay for sauce because I’m not from Canada.

Good place to have a coffee but the toilets are disgusting. One doesn't work the other is clogged with water all the way to the top with urine and shit. The other had someone, I had to hold back.

Phew not able to make a simple sandwich without cheese After 2 times always with cheese I get discouraged I am intolerant let it happen if you are not even capable of making a simple sandwich or even a French vanilla get a coffee phew the skill is tough there

Il a fait un sandwich travaileure et il avais pas de mayonnaise et ont la re fait et il avais du fromage et ont a dit pas de fromage et on attend un longtemps entre deux

La commande a été effectué avec un temp d'attente moyenne. Le wrap du travailleur a été fait avec soin mais le cap glacé avait trop de glace, résultat d'une mauvaise mesure de l'eau et du Java.
Le service était bof avec des employés qui ne veulent pas être a leurs postes, les bras en bas avec le mouvement d'un enfant qui viens de se faire demander de faire ses devoirs.
L'atmosphère était encore plus pire dù a la gérante sur le plancher qui manque de respect envers leurs clients et qui ne comprend pas que la critique existe pour une raison.
Avant, ce tim était l'un des meilleurs de Sherbrooke. How the mighty has fallen...
Je ne recommande pas vraiment ce dernier dû au service et comme plusieurs autres ont mentionné, des fois les commandes sont inexacte et/ou préparé avec très peu de soin.
