I had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons branch. The first time I visited, I received a disgusting order. it smelled bad and was clearly not fresh. I gave them another chance, but again, they messed up my order. The staff member named Benjamin was extremely rude. When I asked for a refund, he tried to pressure me into ordering something else instead. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I came in at like 22h (it said on Google that they closed at midnight) I asked if they had any sandwiches left. I was honestly expecting a no so it was no surprise when the worker said they didn't have any left. The thing that bothered me was that they gave me attitude. I work in customer service too the least they had to do was smile and answer my question even if it was stupid.

Pour commencer le service est anormalement lent, je comprend qu’ils ont beaucoup de commande mais ils sont tous au ralentis, deuxième chose les tables étaient tous sans exception sales et les poubelles pleine a craquer et des déchets par terre. Le service plus tôt médiocre pas de bonjour ni de sourire. Pour l’instant le pire Tim Horton que j’ai essayer.

The wrap that I took was so dry. I ordered a wrap, fries and a drink. They didn’t even ask “Would you like something else?” Because of that I forgot to ask for sauce and when I asked for sauce she was mad. But I didn’t even know that I had to pay for sauce because I’m not from Canada.
Good place to have a coffee but the toilets are disgusting. One doesn't work the other is clogged with water all the way to the top with urine and shit. The other had someone, I had to hold back.

Phew not able to make a simple sandwich without cheese After 2 times always with cheese I get discouraged I am intolerant let it happen if you are not even capable of making a simple sandwich or even a French vanilla get a coffee phew the skill is tough there
