Bad service, wait 45 minutes to do this, give the wrong order without invoice, have to go back inside and repeat the order 20 times because they are not able to look at the supposed order on their screen.! Anything your service.!

Every time I order from this tim hortons the order is messed up. And every time I order ahead to save time they end up going so incredibly slowly, tell me why after ordering ahead on the app I’m still waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru?? Today they even asked me to park… for 2 bagel and cream cheese and a breakfast sandwich. Crazy.

My favorite Tim Horton's, always perfect... except this morning my carnivore morning wrap didn't have bacon and my onion cheese brioche wasn't heated even though requested (on the bill).

I didn't like the way the lady spoke to me, she was really disrespectful and they didn't complete my order. I hope it will be better next time because I'm going to go as often as possible.

I wanted to collect an order from the Too Good To Go app and after being wrongly accused of having already collected the order earlier, the 2 employees left towards the back and ignored us until that we call upon them again. It took almost 10 minutes for us to be served. The toilets were also in a disastrous state, damaged toilet paper dispenser, poop slides on the front of the toilet, floor covered with various splashes, papers everywhere, etc....
