Had just driven 8 hours from NB and needed a coffee and a restroom. The bathroom had no toilet paper. Luckily I was with people and could text one of them to get some from our car. Told staff before the next person went in and they didn't go restock. By the time i had ordered, waited and got my food.. they still hadn't put TP in the bathroom. Idk what the people that went in there after me did. And to top it all off, it wasn't until about 20kms down the highway that our daughter in the backseat said her hot chocolate tasted funny and we realized it was french vanilla cappuccino. Horrible all around.

The personnel was rude. The food quality was awful. I ordered a pizza. I could tell from the smell that it was not baked good, since as I said the guy there was really rude, but I tried a small slice it, which was extremely bad.

Bad service, wait 45 minutes to do this, give the wrong order without invoice, have to go back inside and repeat the order 20 times because they are not able to look at the supposed order on their screen.! Anything your service.!

Every time I order from this tim hortons the order is messed up. And every time I order ahead to save time they end up going so incredibly slowly, tell me why after ordering ahead on the app I’m still waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru?? Today they even asked me to park… for 2 bagel and cream cheese and a breakfast sandwich. Crazy.

My favorite Tim Horton's, always perfect... except this morning my carnivore morning wrap didn't have bacon and my onion cheese brioche wasn't heated even though requested (on the bill).
I didn't like the way the lady spoke to me, she was really disrespectful and they didn't complete my order. I hope it will be better next time because I'm going to go as often as possible.
