The worst Tim Hortons in Sherbrooke. I was waiting at the counter to place an order and the young man went to the other register to serve the lady before me who was waiting long before the customer arrived. The breads were not fresh (hard as a rock) the coffee was terrible which should not be the case at Tim's! By far the worst Tim Hortons in Sherbrooke in fact, the worst Tim Hortons of all the Tim Hortons I have visited even outside of Sherbrooke. The service is bad, the wait is long even when you are the only person waiting (the workers decide to do another task in front of you and it looks like he is just waiting for you to leave). When there are long wires, there is only one person in front but I sometimes see three people behind watching their colleague work. The only reason why I go there is because it's the closest restaurant to my work but with the waiting time I could go to the tim in Magog to eat there come back and it would be the same. I'm eating raw potato wedges right now. Ahhhhhh also it happened to me several times and there was no more bread, once there was no more ice cream and another coffee.
