It's a decent place to get a morning coffee, their coffee is mostly fresh, easily top 3 tim Hortons in Sherbrooke.

Absolutely racist and horrible slow service. Was yelled at when I tried to order in english, the cashier was impatient and unfriendly even after switching to french. In a small anglophone town, this racism is shocking. I saw others order in french and receive faster service ALONG with kindness. Along with the horrible service and attitude, I ordered wedges and it took more than 30 minutes of me waiting until I had no choice to leave. I didn’t take a receipt so no refund but I was in a urgent rush and even after kindly requesting and asking how long it would be, they were rude and dismissive. Left unsatisfied and unhappy, and not even served any food! Do not go here if you want your food in a fast and efficient manner!

Ordered in English and was interrupted by the food server (who was training another server) she confused herself and belittled me in French. I can understand and speak French so I told her the fault was with herself. She was very rude to us when our order was served. Very unprofessional, condescending and racist. This is unfortunate in such a small town. Will not go back there.

Ordered 6 donuts. 3 chocolate glazed and 3 Boston cream. They where not fresh. The glaze was dry. Was expecting much better from Tim's. Won't go there again.

They refused to service us. We ordered 6 sandwiches at 5:29 pm and they said we can't make you sandwichs after 5:30.
Then they went to the back discussed for 10 minutes then came back and said no, we are not making you any sandwichs

We came at 5:29 and it was an urgent case, we had to bring food (6 chicken sanwiches) for our employees the guy wasted time by saying wait for a minute and went to kitchen then said we can't prepare after 5:30 any sandwiches and they refused to prepare them for us. The guy also at the counter is so slow that he made me convinced that they really can't prepare them

Horrible customer service especially if you are learning French/are Anglophone. Food was burnt and not properly wrapped. In addition, they forgot to make my drink and I had to go back through the Drive Thru to place the order again. This led to another 15 minutes of wait time. Don't recommend this location. I will not be going back.

Decent service, the few times that I've been there, there's never been a lineup. reason for the bad review is that they don't have garbage pails anywhere throughout the drive through lineup.

Staff unable to/couldnt care less about a discount we had for our meals on the app. Told theyre app scanning wasn't working. No issue charging us $5 more than we were supposed to pay. First time the app hasnt worked somewhere. No resolution offered apart from the typical passive shrug. Food was otherwise good.
