I'm really disappointed because this morning I just went to the drive-thru I asked for a mocha coffee it didn't even have the cream they are you changing the coffee recipe I must really not be happy I just called and no one really answered me good service, plus the service we had before, it's really hard

It's a good place. Yes, sometimes it's a bit long or there aren't many employees. But if you have a problem with the number, don't hesitate to put your CV in and see how tough it is as an environment.

Big management problem at this branch... Putting too few employees when the dinner rush arrives, and several of the employees clearly poorly trained, is bad management.
And it's not the employees' fault if the service is slow because there aren't enough of them for the number of customers... It's the manager's fault... You really have to be patient at this address .
And since the employees are overwhelmed, let's just say that my Timatin really didn't look like the photo... Better to laugh about it and just go elsewhere, to a local café!

2 second attempt at picking up lunch at the Tim Hortons in Sherbrooke and apparently I'm going to do without Tim Hortons every time I come to Sherbrooke from now on since they don't carry brown bread anywhere.…Never seen a lunch restaurant like this without brown bread ?I go to the McDonald's across the street... And I don't try any Tim's in town anymore
