We ate at my favorite Tim Horton's on 12 th ave. Sherbrooke and was very disappointed. The coffee was strong and bitter, the breakfast trio was tasteless. This was the first time I didn't finish my coffee, or completely finish my meal. The table and seats were not clean. All in all a major disappointment .

I go to the drive-thru and I would say that there are branches that provide better service than others. Overall I go to the one on king east often and the staff is friendly and courteous. Their coffee is generally at the right temperature since it is made every 20 minutes.

The tables are dirty and I even saw customers wash their tables themselves with a moistened napkin, usually in 2 hours people know how to worry about coming to wash the tables, lack of utensils no tray offered and the toilets were in a state unsanitary saddle on the toilet seat, full of paper on the floor, spilled coffee, really left this Tim Horton with the idea of never going back there again phew yet I love this chain of restaurants. heyboboy!🤮
We asked for apple juice and a heated croissant with butter in it... We had orange juice with a cold croissant that had way too much butter. I didn't have time to return my items.
I think it would be interesting to listen to people. I understand that you have to be quick, except that the loss of time when you don't listen is probably bigger.
When we get there we are surprised when there is no error in our order...probably we need to ask ourselves questions when we get there.
Otherwise we had great customer service, they are always very nice at this place.

The ladies are extremely stupid every time I go there I don't feel at all welcomed and the order is never good especially in the wraps. my boyfriend is muslim and several times he has eaten bacon even though we always ask for no bacon!!! Even at the drive-thru the workers are not listening, they make us repeat several times, 1 or 2 times I can understand but after that it becomes intense. Always very dry and stupid I don't like the service at all I really miss the Tim Hortons of my youth! Everything was better and the people were much more polite and courteous. We don't even get a hello anymore, all we hear is: WHAT'S THE ORDER?

I came by today! Slow employees... one of them gives me the wrap and drops it on the ground... Service that claims to be fast but very slow! A customer came by for around ten drinks, hey boy! I thought I was going to grow old there!! 🙄🙄
